I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days for production, with average shipping times of 5-8 days.

Tracking numbers are provided 3-5 days after your order has shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 7 business days, feel free to contact us.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

If your product is defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund, but the return shipping is at your own expense.

Once we receive the returned product, we will refund your original purchase. Make sure to include your name and order number with the return.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without any penalties as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If the item has already been sent, you can use our return system to get a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?

If you entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the correct details. Notify us within 24 hours, and we can update the address for you.

If the error isn't corrected within 24 hours, no refund will be given for the incorrect address.
